What’s the catch?
There isn’t a hidden one. The website is free when you take our Premium hosting plan for 12 months at $189/month inc. GST. That’s $2,268 over the year, and it covers your hosting, email, backups, security and support, as well as the new website.
I already have a website. Can I still claim this?
Yes. We build your new website on our hosting while your current one stays live. When you’re happy with it, we point your domain to the new website, so your business stays online the whole time.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. You always own your domain, whether you stay with us or not.
Can I make changes to the website myself?
Your website is custom-built, so there’s no editing login. You just text or email us your changes and we make them. If you need to edit the website yourself, we’ll quote that separately.
I already host with you. Do I qualify?
Yes, if you move to Premium on a new 12-month plan. We’ll cancel your old direct debit so you’re never charged twice.

Offer conditions
- The offer ends 30 November 2026. Your plan agreement must be signed by then.
- Premium plan, 12-month minimum term: 12 monthly direct debits of $189 inc. GST ($2,268 inc. GST in total). After 12 months it continues month to month, with one month’s written notice to cancel.
- The free website is a custom-designed website of up to 6 pages, built as HTML pages (not WordPress or a page builder), with 2 rounds of changes.
- If you leave within the first 12 months, you repay the website’s value ($1,800 inc. GST), reduced by one-twelfth for each month you’ve completed. If we haven’t started your website, nothing is payable. You don’t pay the remaining hosting fees.
- Existing hosting clients qualify by moving to Premium on a new 12-month plan.
- You always own your domain.
Full terms are in the plan agreement, which you read and sign only if you decide to go ahead.
